Ellie graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish in 2024. At Auburn, she was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society.

At Cumberland, Ellie is a liaison for the Cumberland Public Interest and Community Service Community, and she serves as Secretary for the Hispanic Law and Interest Society. She is a member of the National Trial Team and is involved in Women in Law. She has been named on the Dean's List every semester of law school.

In her free time, Ellie enjoys hiking and any other outdoor activities, reading fantasy or autobiography novels, and pursuing her quest to find the best coffee shop in Birmingham.
