Jacob Mangel

Executive Editor

Jacob ("Jake") Mangel graduated from Belmont University in 2023, majoring in audio engineering technology and minoring in music. 

At Cumberland, Jake is a member of the Academic Success Advisory Board and the the First Generation Law Students organization. He also served as a Caruthers Writing Fellow. Jake has received CALI Scholar of Merit Awards in Criminal Law, Contracts I, Contracts II, Civil Procedure I, Intellectual Property, Guns & the Law, Copyright Law, Legislation, and Alabama Constitutional Law and History, and he has been named to the Dean's List each semester during his time at Cumberland.

During his free time, Jake enjoys playing guitar and watching Minnesota sports.
