Abigail Martha Heath graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University in 2025, where she majored in Law & Justice and minored in Italian. While at Auburn, Abigail worked at a litigation law firm in Georgia for 2 years.
 

At Cumberland, Abigail has received CALI Scholar of Merit Award in both Torts and Evidence and has been named to the Dean's List each semester during her time in law school. Abigail is a member of Women's Business Leaders Bible Study, Christian Legal Society, Alabama Student Bar Association, and Women in Law. Abigail currently serves as the Vice President for First Generation Lawyers and is an Honor Court Justice.
 

In her free time, Abigail enjoys being with her family and friends, being outside, and spending time with God.
