John A. Graves

John Graves graduated from Auburn University in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

At Cumberland, John was selected to compete in the 1L Donworth Moot Court Competition and placed first overall in the 1L Mediation Competition. He earned CALI Scholar of Merit Awards in Civil Procedure II, Legislation, and Criminal Procedure, and has been named to the Dean’s List every semester. His case survey, examining the impact of judicial recusals on subject-matter jurisdiction, was published in the Law Review’s Online Volume. 

In his free time, John enjoys going to Alabama and Auburn football games, watching the Barons play in Birmingham, listening to live music, and spending time with his family.
