Thomas D. Hannahan

Thomas Hannahan is a writing & Bluebook editor for the Cumberland Law Review. He graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University in May 2021, where he majored in Psychology and minored in Philosophy.  

 

At the Cumberland Law Review’s Inaugural Colloquium, Thomas presented his Comment on the construal of the “in use” requirement in the Locomotive Inspection Act. He qualified as a Scholar of Merit, receiving the CALI Award in Civil Procedure II, Evidence, Real Property, Business Organizations, Torts II, Constitutional Law II, and Pre-Trial Practice.

 

In his free time, he can be found at Ohm Jiu Jitsu, Good People Brewing Company, and the standing desk on the third floor of the library.
