In Todd v. Fayette County School District, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit addressed claims brought by a terminated teacher against Fayette County School District (“District”) administrators alleging unlawful discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and the Rehabilitation Act, interference with her medical leave rights under Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), and retaliation in violation of all three statutes.
